Описание

You will be responsible for: Partner with Consumer PBU leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen business decision-making and translate business priorities into clear financial outcomes. Provide strategic financial insights through profitability analysis, scenario modelling, business case evaluation and identification of key financial drivers, risks, and opportunities. Lead demand and financial performance analysis, including volume and mix assessment, Actual vs. Projection variance analysis, and identification of actions to improve business performance. Own the EBIT bridge and performance narrative against Previous Estimate (PE), Previous Year (PY) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), providing clear insights into the impact of volume, mix, pricing, cost, and productivity. Lead forecasting and planning activities in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring robust business assumptions, timely submissions, and high-quality financial forecasts in TM1. Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and periodic projection process, challenging assumptions, assessing business risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment with overall financial objectives. Monitor forecast accuracy and financial performance and proactively recommend corrective actions to close performance gaps and achieve business targets.
