THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive cross-functional programs from planning through delivery. In this role, the TPM will coordinate production delivery, manage changes, build clear roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, and keep multiple teams aligned and moving. You'll work closely with data engineering teams and partner with product and business unit stakeholders across the organization to turn goals into well-structured, successfully delivered outcomes. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play Build roadmaps and drive execution alongside stakeholders and cross-functional partners, keeping delivery on track. Coordinate and manage execution of production deployments end to end, using tools such as Jira and Confluence to track work and keep everyone informed. Manage changes, partnering closely with other cross-functional teams to ensure changes are safe, approved, and well-executed. Lead projects, including environment migrations and end-user deliveries, from kickoff through successful completion. Independently gather the information you need, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and keep programs moving Progressively build structure, process, and clarity in areas where workflows are not yet fully defined. Communicate clearly and proactively with technical and non-technical audiences, in writing and verbally. THE STATS What we’re looking for in our next teammate 2-4 years’
