About The Role Trust & Safety protects the platform, keeps our users safe and builds trust with the people we depend on for our growth. This role straddles between program management of Polymarket US, a CFTC-regulated exchange, and on the Polymarket DeFi platform. Every product Polymarket ships reaches traders in a regulated market, so each launch, each user protection and each response to an incident has to hold up with users, regulators and the public. As the function's first Program Manager, reporting to the Global Head of Trust & Safety, you will own those programs end to end: launch readiness for new products, markets and jurisdictions; the controls and evidence behind Polymarket's regulatory commitments; user protections such as self-exclusion, deposit limits and behavioral monitoring; and incident response.
