We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Technology function. This role is critical to delivering Greene King’s Digital ambitions. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams on Scrum principles, and enable smooth, predictable delivery while fostering continuous improvement. Sprint Facilitation Facilitate all Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and support ongoing Backlog Refinement. Work closely with development teams, Delivery Managers, Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear Sprint Goals and effective sprint execution.
