Position Overview: Intapp builds cloud software for professional firms in highly regulated industries, including legal, accounting, consulting, and private capital. The AIDO (Adoption Intelligence Data Operations) team builds the shared services that sit behind Intapp's products and operations. These include backend services, APIs, and data platforms that Intapp products call directly, as well as the internal tools and automation our teams depend on. AIDO is the only development team within Cloud Platform Engineering. You'll work next to DevOps and SRE engineers and own features from database to UI. Because product teams build on the services you ship, your work reaches both internal users and Intapp's clients. What you'll do Build and maintain backend services that Intapp products integrate with. That means designing stable, versioned APIs, handling multi-tenant data safely, and meeting the reliability and performance expectations of production dependencies. Develop Python services using Django and FastAPI, including REST APIs and MCP servers. Build React and TypeScript web applications for data-heavy internal tools and dashboards. Design ClickHouse data models for analytics. This covers materialized views, aggregations, calculated columns, schema migrations, and query performance tuning.
