Summary In this role, you will partner closely with Software Engineering, Cloud Operations, Architecture, Security, and Product teams to build, support, and operate secure, reliable, and scalable cloud products across a diverse portfolio of applications and services. The role will remain highly hands-on while providing technical leadership across multiple teams. You will be responsible for cloud operations, infrastructure automation, observability, reliability engineering, and operational excellence. This role combines software engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and cloud platform support responsibilities to help engineering teams deliver and operate high-quality solutions in Azure/AWS environments. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable troubleshooting production issues, building Infrastructure as code solutions, automating operational processes, implementing observability platforms, and partnering with development teams to improve reliability, security, and engineering efficiency.
