About the Role As a senior individual contributor and technical leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the design, development, and evolution of high-quality software solutions that support partners across LATAM. You will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for designing, developing, and evolving a next-generation, cloud-native card issuing and payment processing platform built on microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture, leveraging APIs, event-driven architectures, AWS services, and real-time authorization capabilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and influence architectural direction while ensuring operational excellence across the platform. This is a full-time, individual-contributor role at the Senior Advisor level. The position is fully onsite in Coral Springs, Florida, Monday through Friday, and includes up to 20% travel to client locations across Latin America (including Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Panama, and Argentina).
