Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) / QA Employment type: Full-time/Company: Startale Group We are building StartaleApp, a next-generation Web3 application that combines blockchain and DeFi functionality into a single user experience. The platform spans frontend apps, backend services, blockchain integrations, smart contracts, wallets, tokens, and on-chain protocols. Applicants accepted from Singapore, Tokyo, and remote applicants in APAC, Asia, EMEA and the UK. Responsibilities: - Design, build and evolve the company’s quality engineering platform and testing architecture. - Build and maintain reusable testing frameworks, shared libraries, fixtures, and developer tooling. - Design and implement AI-assisted quality workflows using LLMs for test generation, maintenance, and failure analysis. - Build comprehensive automated test suites for APIs, backend services, frontend apps, blockchain interactions, and Web3 flows. - Integrate automated testing into CI/CD with fast feedback, quality gates, and optimized test execution. - Develop automated load, stress, endurance, and resilience testing and validate system behavior during degraded conditions. Requirements: - 5+ years in SDET, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering roles. - Strong software engineering skills with JavaScript or TypeScript. - Experience designing testing architecture for complex distributed systems and building scalable automation frameworks. - Strong experience with
