Your responsibilities Acting as a technical escalation point in 3rd-level support. Designing secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure architectures. Developing customer-specific infrastructure and security concepts. Implementing cloud and infrastructure projects. Implementing Zero Trust and identity protection strategies. Securing hybrid IT environments according to modern security standards. Collaborating closely with the 2nd-level support team. Performing root cause analysis for complex incidents.
