Описание

You will join Mobileye’s Release Management team. The team owns the Release lifecycle, includes scheduling, coordinating and management of the ADAS & AV SW releases. You will be responsible for implementing and managing the release processes for code through development, integration, and test environments, collaborating with all participants in Algo/Software Development, Product Management, and Project teams. What your job will look like? - Lead and orchestrate the end-to-end release lifecycle for ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle software products, from planning through delivery and post-release follow-up. - Own release planning, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables—ensuring releases are delivered on time, at high quality, and with controlled risk. - Proactively identify release risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies; drive mitigation plans and escalate when needed. - Partner closely with Development, Integration, QA, Product, Program Management, and other stakeholders to ensure release readiness and smooth execution. - Define, track, and communicate release-health metrics, providing clear visibility into progress, quality, risks, and areas for continuous improvement. - Serve as the central point of contact for release-related communication, including release plans, status updates, decisions, scope changes, and go/no-go milestones. - Establish and maintain release governance, including readiness criteria, approval processes, change-control practices, and ret
