We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineering Lead who combines software architecture, team leadership, and practical AI engineering. This is a role for someone who can quickly understand a complex existing system, define where it should go next, and lead a team to get there, while keeping the live product stable for its users. About the project  The product is a SaaS platform for the U.S. healthcare insurance domain. It helps customers read, collect, and process large volumes of insurance-related data and connects to multiple data sources in different ways. It is a multi-tier system with data warehouse, middleware, and front-end layers, built on the .NET stack (ASP.NET MVC and Web API, message queuing, Windows services, and a set of microservices) with MS SQL.
