About the Role As a Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer at Thndr, you'll be part of our fast-growing fintech team. We are looking for someone who can bring deep expertise and hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, containerization, networking, and DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of designing, implementing, and guiding a robust DevOps and infrastructure roadmap across both cloud and on-premise environments. You will play a critical role in building scalable, resilient, and secure systems that support our mission-critical financial applications. What You'll Do Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across AWS and on-premise environments. Lead containerization and orchestration strategy using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring deployment, scaling, and security best practices. Design and manage complex networking solutions, including VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, PrivateLinks, Direct Connect, and AWS Secure VPN setup, as well as hybrid cloud connectivity. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure, including automated testing and deployment. Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code for scalable, multi-region infrastructures using multilevel Terraform and Terragrunt, ensuring modularity, version control, and automation.
