Описание

SEI is looking for a candidate who will be working as a technical support specialist primarily responsible for the production and development systems support of a suite of trading, portfolio management and reconciliation applications. This includes support of other financial based applications hosted for several business units within SEI. This highly critical and visible role includes constant interaction with many technical and business teams. Tasks include major version upgrades, client implementations and conversions, break/fix and Disaster Recovery testing as well as providing for detailed technical support through research, analysis and resolution of issues. What you’ll do: Manage support of legacy applications through multiple product lifecycle environments, from pilot to mission-critical production systems. Manage implementation and change control of custom releases in IBM z/OS environment for cross platform applications. Manage batch production interfaces using CA Scheduler, Connect: Direct, SFTP and IBM Tivoli. Manage the coordination and clarification of issues across Global Delivery model. Manage post implementation maintenance and production support as well as testing of COBOL programs and batch jobs. Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end. Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.
