Job Requisition ID # 26WD101358 Position Overview Autodesk is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team within the Enterprise Technology (ET) organization. The team builds integrations and platform capabilities that empower Customer Success teams to drive customer adoption, engagement, retention, and business outcomes at scale. In this role, you will lead, hire, develop, and grow a team of talented engineers while remaining closely connected to the technology. You will provide technical direction, review designs, guide delivery, and develop proofs of concept when needed while collaborating closely with Architects, Product Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional engineering teams. We are looking for a hands-on, technology-forward engineering leader who embraces Artificial Intelligence (AI)-assisted development, modern engineering practices, and emerging technologies. You will combine people leadership, technical expertise, and strong execution to deliver meaningful customer and business impact.
