The role As a Delivery Lead at Ferocia (Bendigo Bank’s Digital Division), you will sit within our Delivery function, focusing on optimising the flow of work across cross-functional teams. Your primary mission is to resolve the ambiguity that often arises in complex, cross-divisional pieces of work, ensuring we deliver seamless, end-to-end outcomes. You will act as the delivery catalyst for our engineering and product teams, removing friction and orchestrating efforts to ensure alignment and momentum. This is a role for a "get it done" practitioner - someone who is passionate about improving the current state and bridging the gap between business requirements, technical feasibility, and a high-quality customer experience across multiple divisions. This role requires coordinating technical work and collaborate daily with engineers, so you need to understand how systems work under the hood.
