Описание

The role As a Senior User Experience Designer, you are an integral part of a client-facing cross-functional team working in Lean Agile ways of working. You are responsible for understanding the needs of clients and customers and designing ways to deliver value to them. You are a people person, and as a trusted advisor, you develop rapport with your clients and your team. You are a master facilitator who loves simplifying complexity at various levels of the organisation and has the humility to learn what you don't know. You're proactive in championing user needs and creating opportunities for customer research early and often. You take the team on the journey with you, so you're building the right thing together. You expertly switch between your divergent and convergent hats and use your craft to produce designs at various levels of fidelity to bring the vision to life. You are comfortable working closely with Product and Technology teams to build the thing right, iterating fast and often.
