Описание

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join a fast-paced, Agile delivery squad, creating intuitive digital banking experiences across web and mobile. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining strong UX design expertise with a consultative approach. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to understand their goals, guide design decisions, and balance user needs with business priorities and technical feasibility. You’ll partner closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality, implementable experiences from discovery to launch. A key part of your role is helping clients make informed decisions while maximising the client’s out-of-the-box platform capabilities, design system components, and established banking journeys. You’ll know when to reuse existing patterns, when to adapt them, and how to explain the value and implications of each approach. We’re looking for someone who can confidently lead conversations, constructively challenge assumptions, and maintain design quality while working within delivery constraints and changing priorities.
