Job Title: Agile Coach (6 role) Job Summary: Next Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking six (6) experienced Enterprise Agile Coaches to support enterprise clients undergoing large-scale Agile product transformations. These consultants will work closely with Agile Centers of Excellence (CoE), technology leadership, and product teams to guide organizations in adopting Agile methodologies, improving collaboration, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This is a remote role for NYC. There could be periodic travel to NYC. This role requires a blend of Agile coaching expertise, facilitation skills, technical knowledge, and change leadership. The Agile Coach will mentor product teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical leaders while helping organizations build sustainable Agile practices that align with broader enterprise transformation strategies. This is a consulting engagement through Next Generation, Inc. supporting enterprise technology environments transitioning to modern Agile product delivery models. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Agile Center of Excellence leadership and enterprise technology teams to develop and execute Agile transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Serve as a mentor, influencer, and change advocate, helping teams adopt new ways of working and collaborating at the enterprise level.
