What is The Role We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) functionalities to bridge the gap between our business and IT development teams. In this role, you'll be key in gathering requirements and ensuring clear communication, leveraging your technical knowledge of CPQ and Salesforce. If you succeed at asking the right questions and fostering collaboration, we’d love to hear from you. This role is based in North America. What You Will Be Doing Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to inform the development process. Analyze existing CPQ workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement. Translate these requirements into clear technical specifications for the IT teams and facilitate sessions to validate the requirements, ensuring they align with business goals.
