The Opportunity We are seeking a Manager to lead project engagements and contribute to the continued growth of our Hong Kong office. Managers at YCP take ownership of project delivery end-to-end – structuring the work, leading client relationships, coaching teams, and ensuring quality outcomes. You will operate as a trusted thought partner to senior clients and a key development resource for your team. Immediate project pipeline includes leading the transformation of a global freight forwarder’s air freight, sea freight, and warehousing operations – designing standardised, automated ways of working and overseeing their rollout across global offices using platforms such as CargoWise and WMS solutions.
