About the Role We are seeking an experienced Rust Backend Architect to contribute to an AI training project focused on production-grade Rust development, backend architecture, and complex systems engineering. You will solve and validate technical problems involving APIs, persistence, asynchronous processing, concurrency, performance, and service reliability. You will also build reproducible implementation and testing environments, assess architectural decisions, and ensure backend solutions meet production-quality standards. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on Rust programming skills with proven experience designing, debugging, and evaluating reliable backend systems. SENIORITY: Senior / Architect-Level Engineer LANGUAGE: Strong written and verbal English LOCATION: Remote — Worldwide START DATE: Immediate availability preferred Key Responsibilities Solve and validate Rust backend engineering problems involving APIs, service behavior, data persistence, concurrency, performance, and reliability.
