Responsibilities • Build a working knowledge of program data models, reports, and business requirements • Contribute to continuous improvement practices of team procedures for state support • Develop basic understanding and use of relevant project tools including business intelligence, cloud service consoles, databases, and SQL queries as needed • Translate stakeholder needs into well-defined solutions including reports or dashboards • Collaborate with team to analyze Medicaid and CHIP data and metrics to determine causes and solutions for data quality issues; document all relevant findings and share learnings with team • Communicate complex data issues and recommendations to technical and non-technical audience, both verbally and in writing • Assist more experienced database analysts/programmer in the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases, collection of data elements, and preparation of database specifications. • Help to develop, maintain, and control the data dictionary • Coordinate project activities to ensure proj
