Briefly Describe the Work: GITI is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and functional delivery of complex software initiatives to support a General Services Administration (GSA) contract. In this role, you will serve as the primary voice of the customer, bridging the gap between government users, stakeholders, and technical engineering teams. The ideal candidate excels at navigating ambiguity, gathering user requirements, prioritizing the Agile backlog, and ensuring the development team is continually delivering high-value software features. Core Responsibilities Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with overarching contract missions. Work directly with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Manage and relentlessly prioritize the Agile product backlog to ensure the engineering team delivers the highest-value features. Collaborate daily with engineering leads, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to guide the technical development of the software.
