Data Analyst

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications, and regulatory technologies. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team!

• Proficiency in SQL, including advanced querying and window functions; - Experience with BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau); - Familiarity with databases, such as ClickHouse; - Skills in hypothesis validation and data-driven analysis; - At least 3 years of experience in data analytics.

• Developing and maintaining according to the agreed standards BI dashboards; - Create and maintain data sources and data flows to ensure accuracy, validity, data integrity, and data freshness; - Adhoc analytical requests (segmentation, data export, metric snapshots); - Brainstorming and collaboration with different business streams; Will be plus: - Python (in case of API usage or tasks resolving); - Experience in Contact Centre / Customer Support industry; Technical Stack: - SQL; - Python (optional); - Clickhouse; - Excel/Google
