Data Engineer (AWS/ Python)

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain data pipelines, data integration solutions and database systems across Oracle and AWS environments. You will be responsible for building and optimising data processing workflows, ensuring data quality and reliability, and supporting the organisation's data management and analytics initiatives. Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to support data integration and transformation requirements. Develop, optimise and maintain Oracle database solutions, including SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures and database performance tuning. Leverage AWS cloud services to build, deploy and manage cloud-based data engineering solutions.

Perform data extraction, transformation, loading and validation across multiple data sources and systems. Develop and maintain data integration workflows to support data migration, synchronisation and reporting requirements. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, database performance and data processing issues to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Implement data quality checks, data validation and error-handling mechanisms to maintain data accuracy and integrity. Work closely with application developers, solution architects, business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver technical solut
