Job Overview: We are looking for a business-oriented Data Scientist / AI Project Lead to drive end-to-end Data Science and AI initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, translate requirements into actionable AI solutions, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver projects from ideation and prototyping through production deployment and operational handover. Key Responsibilities Engage business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clearly defined Data Science and AI project objectives . Lead end-to-end AI/Data Science projects , covering project scoping, planning, execution, testing, deployment, operational handover, and closure. Define project deliverables, timelines, milestones, resources, and success criteria while ensuring alignment between business and technical teams. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure proposed AI/ML solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business requirements. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, documentation, approvals, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful and timely delivery. Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to effectively manage AI and Data Science project delivery. Present project progress, technical findings, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Coordinate user testing, production readiness, official release, and smooth handover to BAU/support teams . Gather
