AI Engineer (Agentic AI & Software Delivery)

You will help build a fully automated, decision-supporting AI agent system from scratch, supporting a groundbreaking, multi-year strategic project focused on delivering innovative business automation and data analysis tools. Your main responsibilities: Design and develop AI agents to support decision-making within a new, critical business process. Create solutions for data analysis and documentation gap detection. Orchestrate AI agents and integrate them with backend Java systems and process workflows.

Ensure agent reliability, quality, and performance consistency. Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and AI specialists on building the product from the ground up. Work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to optimize data pipelines, models, and workflows.

Conduct testing and monitoring of agents, including control and escalation mechanisms. Stay informed on AI tools, methodologies, and emerging trends to enhance project delivery. You’re ideal for this role if you have: 7+ ye
