Position Summary The Head of Product Mangement supports BUZUD’s business by analyzing and optimizing business processes, refining SOPs, digitalize internal business processes and develop and coordinate cross-department processes and projects. This role requires analytical skills, a strong understanding of internal and external business processes, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple departments. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Process Analysis and Optimization: Comprehensively analyze existing business processes, identify operational issues and efficiency bottlenecks, and drive the standardization, formalization, and continuous improvement of these processes. 2. SOP Development and Management: Lead the development, refinement, implementation, and oversight of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core business areas—including customer service, inventory, warehousing, store operations, and after-sales service—to establish unified operational standards. 3.
