We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer (AWS) to build and run enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications on AWS for a regulated-sector programme in Singapore.
Design and develop RES
Tful APIs, microservices and backend integration services Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including query optimisation and data integrity Build event-driven integrations using message queues Apply software design patterns, enterprise architecture and secure coding practices Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes Contribute to GitLab CI/CD pipelines within Agile delivery teams Debug, troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
4 to 7 years of backend software development experience building enterprise-grade applications Python, Node.js or Java RES
Tful APIs and microservices Relational and NoSQL databases Message queues and event-driven architecture Software design patterns and secure coding AWS cloud-native development Docker and Kubernetes GitLab, CI/CD and Agile practices Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills
