SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

The SAP OCM Lead will be part of a team working to assist the client in building out organizational change strategies, communications plans, and learning and enablement roadmaps to support the implementation and upgrade to an integrated, modern financial system.The project is centered around the migration of multiple legacy systems and ultimately the implementation of S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Human Capital Management. Duties include but may not be limited to:

Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan that aligns with the client’s SAP implementation project. Define change management objectives, activities, and timelines to ensure successful user adoption and integration of SAP solutions.
