This is a remote position. Genesis Consulting is seeking a motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and resourceful SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leadwith a passion for growth and business transformation to support anS/4HANA migration for a nationwide commercial client. Join our team to support our clients in achieving their mission, optimizing their businesses, while modernizing enterprise solutions while leveraging concepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe. Our clients are some of the world’s leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs. Duties and Responsibilities: The SAP OCM Lead will be part of a team working to assist the client in building out organizational change strategies, communications plans, and learning and enablement roadmaps to support the implementation and upgrade to an integrated, modern financial system.The project is centered around the migration of multiple legacy systems and ultimately the implementation of S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Human Capital Management. Duties include but may not be limited to: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan that aligns with the client’s SAP implementation project. Define change management objectives, activities, and timelines to ensure successful user adoption and integration of SAP solutions.
