The Wow We are looking for someone who seems themselves as part of every team of Betsson Group. You will make yourself available to the whole area and support all teams when architectural guidance is needed. We are looking for someone who has great interpersonal skills and who is a true problem solver! You will work very closely with our Software Engineers and Product Managers – ensuring we are prioritising the correct items for both short- and long-term initiatives. Aside from embodying the ‘One Betsson’ value, you will also work very closely with most if not all Area Architects and Team Leads. What's in it for you? Ensuring all initiatives are aligned with the overall technical vision Supporting Team Leads, Development Teams and Product Managers on technical route(s) to take Supporting the Product Manager to ensure we have the right priorities in the backlog and roadmap for each initiative Part of the decision making with key stakeholders Participate in workshops/exercises/brainstorming/presentations/knowledge-transfer sessions with the rest of the architecture team and other parties Participate in pre-solution work for new initiatives to outline high level solutions Participate in design reviews to ensure all solutions adhere to established guidelines Identification of refactoring activities needed to address technical debt, performance, scalability, availability, reliability, and security Support development teams and product owners make sure we have relevant NFR’s defined (KPI’s) Cooperating with Enterprise Architects to align area solutions to correspond to the company’s guidelines around integration patterns,
