‼️‼️🆕 Freelance UX/UI Designers What You'll Do - Design user-focused digital experiences across websites, landing pages, product interfaces, emails, and mobile experiences. - Translate business goals and user needs into clear, intuitive UX and polished UI solutions. - Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Apply and extend design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products and campaigns. - Collaborate with strategists, creatives, developers, and project teams across multiple time zones. - Design responsive experiences optimized for accessibility, usability, and performance. - Contribute to UX audits, user journey improvements, and conversion-focused design recommendations. - Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, content structuring, or design workflows where relevant. - Present design decisions clearly and iterate based on feedback from internal teams and customers. - Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and high design quality. What You'll Need to Succeed - Proven experience in UX/UI design across web, product, SaaS, or digital marketing environments. - Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and polished visual design across multiple formats. - Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and navigable prototyping. - Experience working with complex design systems in Figma. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong UI design sensibility with experience designing product or SaaS interfaces beyond traditional marketing deliverables. - Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, product experiences, design systems, or editor-based interfaces. - Experience designing content creation tools, native editing experiences, or scalable platform interfaces is strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices. - Ability to turn briefs and business goals into intuitive user experiences. - Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional creative teams. - Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly. - Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, remote environments.
