With a brand new Limassol office strengthening their growing office network, this is an opportunity to be part of the team from the ground up. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer with a strong background in iGaming and online casino platforms to join the technology team in Cyprus. This role is focused on ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of customer-facing and internal platform features across Casino, Sportsbook, Payments, CRM, Bonus Systems, and Back Office environments. The ideal candidate should be able to thoroughly understand product requirements, identify potential risks before release, execute comprehensive testing activities, and work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Support teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can think critically, identify edge cases, challenge assumptions, and proactively detect issues before they impact users or business operations. Key Responsibilities Research and analyze different digital and iGaming products, including competitor platforms, market standards, user flows, business logic, and technical requirements Perform manual testing of Casino, Sportsbook, Payments, CRM, Bonus Systems, Player Account Management, and Back Office features. Validate new product releases, feature enhancements, integrations, and platform updates before production deployment. Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, checklists, and regression testing plans. Analyze business requirements, user stories, and product specifications to ensure complete test coverage.
