Position Overview: Manage global trading platform readiness: pre-trading & post-trading Provide monitoring and support for end to end transaction flow across the trading platform Quickly identify, analyze and correct alerts & issues and/or escalate to minimize trade flow impact and preempt outages Incident management: create and send reports following established process Intensive interaction with trading community, back office operations, brokers, exchanges, development and infrastructure teams Support scheduled changes: application deployments, network implementations and server maintenance Oversee automated processes, scheduled jobs and regular reports Manage users’ requests: track requests, review approvals, updates, resolution, closure, etc. Identify inefficiencies such as repetitive activities, manual processes and suboptimum tools/workflows to drive continuous improvements via automation, collaboration with internal and external teams Required Qualifications Hands on trade flow support experience a must Proficient in Linux OS Proficiency with Bash and a scripting language such as Python or Perl required Detailed practical knowledge of FIX. Ideally, familiarity with native exchange protocols Experience in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL) Familiarity with Kdb+ is a plus Working knowledge with TCP/IP, multicast, tcpdump, clocking (PTP, NTP) – a plus Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject Highly organized, detailed, control orien
