Location: Poland We Are: RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, drive new customer acquisition, create engagement, and fuel long-term demand for a global base of clients. Join our graphic design team working with key clients, where you'll have the opportunity to shape strong brand identities through creative and visually compelling ad campaigns. You Will: Design and create advertising banners for digital campaigns (static and animated); Co-create new solutions in the area of technological marketing; Collaborate closely with internal sales, customer service, and technical departments; Ensure consistency of customers' visual identity across all materials. Desired Experience: Solid experience in digital advertising design; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop; Fluency in Polish and very good command of English; Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; Familiarity with Adobe Animate; Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
