About the Project Software Mind is building a private, tenant-isolated AI assistant for the real estate title and settlement industry. The platform is a retrieval-first (RAG) system that ingests historical email, documents, and structured metadata into a per-tenant vector index, and serves grounded, cited, expert-weighted answers through a chat-style Q&A interface with single sign-on and full audit logging. js frontend, OpenSearch/Pinecone vector store, and OpenAI/Anthropic/Bedrock as LLM provider. You will join a senior, cross-functional LATAM-based team where hands-on AI delivery experience not just familiarity is the baseline expectation. Your Responsibilities Own delivery governance end-to-end from kickoff through go/no-go gate and handoff Run the 2-week sprint cadence, ceremonies (planning, review, retro, daily), and delivery rhythm across all phases Maintain the RAID log, milestone tracker, and risk register; surface and escalate blockers proactively Serve as the primary coordination layer between the Software Mind delivery team and client stakeholders Track and enforce scope boundaries; initiate change management procedure when timeline, cost, or risk is impacted Manage go/no-go decision-support packs including pilot accuracy reporting Ensure integration assumptions are validated and documented before implementation phases open Align team allocation and effort with evolving complexity and delivery risk across the engagement Tech Stack: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Slack.
