Summary: Join a well-funded startup focused on revolutionizing the creator economy with a consumer-facing decentralized application (dApp). As a Lead Product Designer, you will manage the design team and spearhead UX strategy to enhance user experience in the Web3 space. Responsibilities Lead and manage the design team to develop innovative solutions for the creator economy. Develop and implement UX strategies to improve user engagement and onboarding in the Web3 environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design objectives with company goals. Conduct user research and use insights to inform design decisions. Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process. Required Skills: 7+ years of experience in design, with a focus on UX/UI. Deep knowledge and proven experience with Web3 onboarding processes. 3-4 years of experience in blockchain dApp development with a focus on community and growth. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a design team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
