That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. The UX Research (UXR) Team leads critical research efforts at Smartsheet. Our goal is to empower our Product Design partners with the insights they need to make well-informed design decisions. We also use our insights and perspective to inform cross-functional product development and alignment. We're a highly motivated, detail-oriented group with a passion for products, people, and bigger-picture insights. Researchers at Smartsheet come from a diverse range of traditional and non-traditional backgrounds. We apply a wide range of research methodologies, human-centered design practices, and principles of human cognition to create engaging, valuable, and intuitive user experiences for our customers. As a member of the User Experience team, you'll shape the future of work. This full-time position reports to the UX Manager and can be located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.
