Apply a human-centered design approach to frame problems, co-create solutions, and build value across digital touchpoints. Craft UX deliverables, including site maps, user flows, experience maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Translate user insights and behavioral data into design strategy, ensuring all work aligns with business objectives and KPIs. Conduct comparative and competitive analyses, stakeholder interviews, and research to inform design and innovation opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, engineering, delivery, legal, and compliance teams to deliver accessible, ADA-compliant designs.
