Now, let's make sure you're a good fit for the role: We are looking for a UX professional with 5+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products and experiences, ideally within complex or regulated environments. This role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Must-have Skills: Human-Centered Design: Applies user-centered methodologies to frame problems, ideate solutions, and deliver seamless, intuitive digital experiences across multiple touchpoints. End-to-End UX Design: Leads the creation of user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that align user needs with business goals.
