Not just recruiters who fill roles, but individuals who take ownership of how hiring gets done and continuously improve it.  As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage full-cycle recruiting across Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) or Technical and Corporate functions (Engineering, Finance, HR).
