Senior QA Automation / SDET Hi all! I'm Yevhenii, a test automation engineer with 10 years of experience across SaaS-based fintech and defense-tech. I build automation frameworks from scratch, and lately much of my focus has been on bringing AI and agentic workflows into everyday QA work. Based in Haifa. Open to on-site/hybrid roles in the north and in the Tel Aviv area. CORE SKILLS • Automation: TypeScript + Playwright (primary), Python — UI and API frameworks built from scratch • API & backend testing: contract and integration testing of microservices, data integrity checks down to the database level • CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, AWS, Azure • AI-augmented Quality Engineering: AI applied across the whole cycle, from requirements analysis and test design to automation and maintenance, including agentic workflows built on MCP • Practices: Shift-Left, risk-based testing, BDD, accessibility (WCAG), release go/no-go ownership EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS • Designed AI-assisted QA workflows that cut effort by up to 50% across the whole cycle, and drove their adoption within the team. • Built a data-driven Playwright/TypeScript framework for a cloud fintech SaaS — 90% automation coverage of core functionality, defect detection rate above 95%. • Coordinated integration testing of a data aggregation service across 4 product teams, owning shared test scenarios and data alignment end to end. • Led end-to-end testing of a real-time UDP data transmission system on a live cluster of 10+ physical devices, tracing complex microservice-level bugs down to root cause.
