As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of the biggest clients in the world. Managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance Overseeing a queue of assignments and working directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions Working with clients across a variety of industries, from banking to retail Recommending modernization options and identifying new business opportunities Cultivating relationships with other teams and stakeholders Collaborating with a diverse group of talented people There's never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. Career growth paths range from Junior System Administrator to Architect, with opportunities for Cloud Hyperscaler certifications across all four major platforms. Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management VMware ESX experience Public/private cloud management, especially migration from on-premises to cloud solutions
