#vacancy #sysadmin #ITLead #SystemAdministrator #ITInfrastructure #IAM 🚀 Lead SysAdmin (FinTech) 📍 Limassol, Cyprus (On-site) 💰 Salary: €4,000–€6,000 NET We are looking for an experienced Internal IT Lead (Sysadmin) to take full ownership of our internal IT function and build a reliable, scalable, and user-focused IT environment in a growing fintech company. You will work closely with the Group CTO and lead internal IT operations end-to-end: employee support, access management, workplace infrastructure, business applications, automation, and IT processes. What you’ll do: 🔹 Lead and develop the internal IT team, manage priorities and service quality 🔹 Own IT support processes, SLAs, workflows, escalations, and improvements 🔹 Manage IAM: SSO, user access, roles, permissions, and lifecycle management 🔹 Oversee joiner/mover/leaver processes 🔹 Manage laptops, MDM, office infrastructure, networks, servers, and devices 🔹 Administer SaaS platforms and internal business applications 🔹 Manage IT procurement, licenses, subscriptions, and vendors 🔹 Drive automation using AI, scripting, APIs, and workflow tools 🔹 Improve IT operations through better processes, documentation, and reporting Requirements: ✅ Strong experience in Internal IT / Workplace IT / IT Operations ✅ Previous ownership of an IT support function or internal IT environment ✅ Experience leading or coordinating technical teams ✅ Strong IAM experience (SSO, access lifecycle management) ✅ Hands-on Google Workspace administration experience ✅ Experience with MDM solutions and endpoint management ✅ Knowledge of workplace infrastructure, networks, servers, and devices ✅ Experience with SaaS administration and vendor management ✅ Understanding of IT service management (SLAs, workflows, escalation processes) ✅ Practical experience applying AI and automation in IT operations ✅ Professional English communication skills Nice to have: ⭐ FinTech or regulated industry experience ⭐ Jira Service Management / Atlassian experience ⭐ HRIS-driven access automation experience ⭐ Certifications: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Azure, Intune, Jamf, ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA, or similar What we offer: ✨ Competitive salary €4,000–€6,000 NET ✨ Work in an international FinTech environment ✨ Opportunity to build and improve IT processes from the ground up ✨ Professional growth and impact on company infrastructure 📩 Interested?
