Role Overview We are looking for a Talent Architect to drive strategic hiring for leadership and niche technology roles across Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Analytics, Product Engineering, and Consulting. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting and focuses on talent intelligence, stakeholder management, market mapping, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities Role Scoping & Calibration: Partner with stakeholders to validate, challenge, and shape requirements based on business needs, talent supply, and market realities. Candidate Blueprinting: Define ideal candidate personas, capability frameworks, and sourcing parameters across AI, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, and Consulting functions. Assessment Architecture: Design standardized, objective interview guides, competency matrices, and scorecards to ensure consistent and high-quality hiring decisions.
