Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. Replit sits at the center of one of the most consequential shifts in technology: AI is rewriting how software gets built and who builds it. Our platform enables anyone — entrepreneurs, operators, designers, students, and yes, engineers too — to go from idea to production-grade application through natural language. Our audience spans individual creators building their first app, startups shipping products at unprecedented speed, and enterprises deploying agentic software creation at scale. Telling that story — clearly, credibly, and in a way that moves markets — is the job. We're looking for a VP of Product Marketing to build and lead the PMM function at Replit. You'll own positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, launches, and sales enablement across a dual go-to-market motion that includes both product-led growth and enterprise sales. You'll translate deep technical capabilities — agentic code generation, multi-model orchestration, cloud-native deployment — into narratives that resonate with builders of all backgrounds and the business leaders investing in this new paradigm. This is a building role. You'll architect the PMM operating model, hire a high-performing team, and establish the frameworks that connect product innovation to market impact. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product and Sales to ensure that every launch, every piece of content, and every competitive conversation reflects a clear, differentiated point of view on where software creation is going — and why Replit is leading it.
