*🚨 We're Hiring | LLM Researcher Prava Ai (Prava Next-Gen Ai)* We are actively looking for a passionate and research-driven LLM Researcher to join our core AI team and work on building, training, and optimizing our next-generation language models. We're building AI specifically for cybersecurity & threat intelligence — and we need someone who is obsessed with making LLMs smarter, faster, and more secure. Join : [telegram] for interview prep What You'll Work On: ✔️ Pre-training, fine-tuning & RLHF of domain-specific LLMs ✔️ Optimizing model inference (#quantization, #distillation, #caching, #batching) ✔️ Building and evaluating #RAG pipelines and workflows You're the Right Fit If: → You have hands-on experience with #PyTorch / #JAX and #HuggingFace ecosystem → You've fine-tuned or pre-trained LLMs (LoRA, QLoRA, full fine-tuning) → You think in research problems but ship production-ready solutions → Bonus: background in cybersecurity. → Bonus: open-source contributions or published research (arXiv, NeurIPS, EMNLP, etc.) 📍 Location: Remote-first | India preferred 💼 Type: Full-time / Research Collaboration 📩 Interested? mail to [email]
