Hey all! I'm launching an online luxury loose-leaf tea house where every blend is a named character pulled from Greek/non-greek myth and old-world geography. The north star: *a lost antique atlas where every region is a tea.* I'm looking for an illustrator/designer to create the **wordmark + the label for my first blend** — one hero piece to launch with. If it clicks, there's a much bigger reusable design system to commission down the road, but this post is just the first label. Also it will first be featured on a demo product, just FYI. **Budget:** $300–600 USD. Paid, this is a real brand with a real print run, not spec work. **The style I'm after:** * Engraving / etching / woodcut aesthetic — fine linework, hatching, the look of an antique printed plate * Botanical illustration rendered like old apothecary/specimen plates (the blend's real ingredients) * A **mythic-antiquarian** feel — like a page from an 18th-century atlas or an engraved frontispiece. Not modern-geometric, not "clean startup sans." * Closest reference point: vintage gin / whiskey / absinthe label energy, but botanical and mythic. **Scope (one blend):** 1. The **Hesperides wordmark** — an engraved, antiquarian serif treatment, designed to be gold-foil-stamped. 2. **One wrap-around product label** for the first blend — space for the blend name, one botanical/mythic illustration, and ingredient/legal copy. **Direction (already locked, I'll hand you a full brief):** * Deep forest green as the house color, warm ivory as the "paper," gold used sparingly as a **metallic foil** accent. * I have a detailed art-direction brief with the exact palette, type register, and visual references ready to go — you won't be guessing. **Deliverables:** * Layered, editable **source files** (vector / AI) — not just flattened exports. * Print-ready: gold spec'd as metallic foil, colors as Pantone/CMYK. * Web exports (PNG/SVG) too. **Timeline:** Flexible — ideally a first proof within \~2–3 weeks. **To apply:
