Overview: We invite you to join our development team focused on quality assurance for web-based gaming products. In this role, you will contribute to delivering reliable, user-friendly, and high-quality experiences across our platforms. Purpose of the role: The primary focus of this role is frontend manual testing with an end-to-end approach to ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience. As a Middle Manual QA Engineer, you will collaborate closely with designers, developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of web-based gaming products. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about UI/UX quality and enjoys working on modern, high-load digital products. Key responsibilities Perform manual testing of complex web applications. Create, review, and maintain test documentation in TestRail. Execute cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure compatibility across multiple devices and environments. Identify usability issues and proactively suggest UI/UX improvements. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Account Managers, and development teams to clarify requirements and quality expectations. Report, verify, and re-test defects following QA best practices and internal processes. Maintain and update the internal QA knowledge base. Follow internal QA processes, standards, and company policies. Research new QA tools, technologies, and testing approaches to improve team efficiency. Required Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer, primarily working on web applications. Experience in manual testing of complex web-based products. Experience in cross-browser and cross-platform testing. ). Experience working with task and defect management systems (Jira, GitLab or similar). Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Strong understanding of software testing
